Megan

Practice Leader

Megan has been a dedicated office manager with a passion for helping patients achieve their dream smile. With 8+ years of experience managing the operations of a dental practice, she strives to make all our patients have an enjoyable and relaxed experience. Megan finds the most rewarding part of her role as practice leader comes from helping each patient transform into the most confident version of themselves. The difference a new smile can make in their lives is truly a magical experience.

When she is not dedicating her time to the office, you can find Megan in the great outdoors with her bow and arrow. She cherishes quality time with her family, a mastiff named Brutus, and miniature cow named Tonka the T-Bone.

Kelley

Treatment Coordinator

A true Vero Beach native, Kelley was born and raised in our beautiful, small town.  She and her husband have 3 beautiful daughters, Morgan, Pressley, & Harper and 2 rambunctious dogs, Harley and River.  When Kelley gets to take a break from the sidelines of the lacrosse field where her 2 youngest spend most of their time, she likes to spend it in the sun or just hanging out with her family.

With over 20 years in management Kelley is now committed to focusing her time and efforts on patients that are looking to better their smile as a Treatment Coordinator.  Kelley strives to make all the patients that she has the pleasure of meeting with have a pleasant and advantageous experience.  Being that one of Kelley’s very first jobs as a teenager took place in a dental office, she is enjoying coming full circle again.

Elizabeth

Hygiene Coordinator

Elizabeth is the dedicated Hygiene Coordinator at Vero Dental Spa, bringing a lifelong passion for dentistry and patient care to the team. Her journey in the dental field began early—while still in high school, she worked as a front desk receptionist after school and during summers. During that time, she developed a growing interest in clinical dentistry, often observing chairside procedures and learning from the dental assistants.

During the COVID pandemic, Elizabeth took on additional training and responsibilities as a dental assistant. It was in that role that her true love for dentistry flourished. For Elizabeth, helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles is incredibly rewarding—she often says it makes her feel like a superhero when someone leaves the office smiling brighter than when they came in.

Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time at the dog park with her pup, Zulu, browsing estate sales, snorkeling, cooking homemade gumbo, spinning vinyl on her record player, and making memories with her family. She also gives back to her community through volunteer work with Promise in Brevard and Heroes Chasing Hope, organizations that bring joy and support to individuals with special needs throughout Brevard County. With a heart for service and a true love for dentistry, Elizabeth is proud to be part of the Vero Dental Spa family—where patient care, compassion, and connection come first.

Lindsay

Dental Assistant

Lindsay, who has been with Vero Dental Spa since 2022.Lindsay graduated from the Dental Assistant Academy of the Palm Beaches in 2019. Lindsay prides herself on making patients feel comfortable by helping them understand the process of their individual treatment. Outside of the office you can find Lindsay making sandcastles at the beach with her daughter or fishing the Sebastian Inlet.

Victoria

Dental Assistant

Victoria, known by most as Tori, is a proud Certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and a valued member of the Vero Dental Spa team. Her journey began in the mountains of West Virginia, but in 2009, she followed the sunshine to South Florida, where she’s built both a career and a life she deeply loves.

Tori’s greatest inspiration came in 2012 with the birth of her first child. Motherhood gave her purpose and drive, pushing her to graduate with high honors and pursue her passion in the field of dentistry. Her formal education began at Medvance Institute (before its conversion), and she completed her training with the Fortis Institute, graduating with the Class of 2013.

Soon after, Tori established her career in a private dental practice in Stuart, Florida, where she served patients for 14 years. Her recent move to beautiful Vero Beach brought her to Vero Dental Spa—a place she proudly calls her professional home. Here, she dedicates herself to providing individualized, compassionate care to each patient. Tori takes pride in connecting personally with those she serves, building trust and comfort, and delivering exceptional dental care alongside the talented Dr. Royal and the rest of the team.

Outside the office, Tori’s world revolves around her two children, James and Luna. Together, they form a tight-knit trio, often found exploring parks, hiking trails, or enjoying the natural beauty of South Florida. A lover of nature, music, and fitness, Tori is also deeply connected to her spiritual journey and personal growth. Tori looks forward to welcoming every patient with a smile—and helping them take care of theirs with the highest level of dedication, empathy, and excellence.

Galen

Dental Hygienist

Galen Sunderlin, a dedicated Certified Registered Dental Hygienist with a passion for promoting oral health and well-being. With expertise in administering local anesthesia, Galen ensures that her patients receive the highest level of comfort during their dental procedures.

Beyond her professional achievements, Galen finds immense joy in being a mother to an incredibly ambitious daughter. Outside the dental office, Galen enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it’s riding her bike, running, or swimming. The beach is her favorite place to unwind and relax.

Merline

Dental Hygienist

Merline started her journey into dentistry in 2017 when she attended Indian river state college for dental assisting. Merline then decided to further her education and continue into the dental hygiene program. During this she received her certification to administer anesthesia to help her patients be more comfortable every step of the way during their time here in the office.

On her days off Merline enjoys bike rides around town with her dog, and spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for reading books and learning new things! So, on your next visit be sure to bring along some fun facts to share with her! Merline looks forward to seeing you during your next trip to our office!

Sarah

Insurance Coordinator

With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role as Insurance Coordinator. She is committed to helping patients fully understand and maximize their dental benefits, ensuring that the financial side of their care is as clear and stress-free as possible.

Sarah began her career in dentistry in 2013 as a front desk team member and quickly found her passion for supporting patients from behind the scenes. Throughout her journey from front office roles to office management, she developed a deep understanding of practice operations and all facets of dental insurance. From verifying benefits to managing claims and resolving aging reports, Sarah handles every detail with accuracy and care.

In a patient-focused PPO practice like ours, Sarah plays a vital role in creating a seamless experience. She believes that when patients feel confident about their coverage, they can focus on what truly matters: their oral health. Her approachable nature and problem-solving mindset make her a trusted resource for both patients and team members alike.

When she’s not at the office, Sarah enjoys attending music festivals, spending time with her two teenagers, and catching up with friends.
