The Permanent Hybrid Implant Bridge is the newest technological breakthrough in permanent implant-supported bridgework. This beautiful custom-milled ceramic bridge is infused with a specialized resin to give it very little flexibility, more closely mimicking the natural flexing of real teeth while chewing foods. The bridge is bonded to a solid TriLor® framework, which also has very slight flexure. The advantage of having minor flexing of the prosthesis is that it places less stress on the dental implants, resulting in fewer implant failures.
This revolutionary material combines exceptional strength, unparalleled aesthetics, and long-lasting permanent results. The Permanent Hybrid Implant Bridge is commonly supported by six implants and is delivered 48 hours after tooth extraction and dental implant surgery. No temporary teeth!
Before the introduction of TriLor®, most full-arch substructures were milled from titanium which transfers undesired chewing forces to the implants due to its stiffness. The TriLor® bar and Hybrid material allow the Permanent Implant Bridge to flex in the mouth, transferring less stress to the implants and potentially leading to fewer long-term implant failures. It has gentle shock-absorbing characteristics eliminating the “heavy clacking” typical of zirconia restorations and will not wear out natural teeth on the opposing arch. The Hybrid Bridge flexure is a key factor allowing the placement of a permanent restoration on implants 48 hours after surgery.

In 48 hours, we’ll have custom-designed and digitally milled your Permanent Hybrid Implant Bridge to stringent specifications. Each Hybrid Bridge is shaped and shaded to provide a natural look and feel.
Delivering Your Permanent Hybrid Bridge
Forty-eight hours after placing your implants, we’ll put your Permanent Hybrid Implant Bridge in your mouth and securely attach them to your implants. We’ll ensure that the fit and aesthetics are perfect, so you’ll feel comfortable and look great. Now your Teeth Next Day® procedure is complete!
You’ll visit our office several times after your new teeth are delivered to ensure you heal properly and feel comfortable. For the first few months, you need to stick to a soft diet to allow your implants to integrate correctly. After the healing period, you can eat any foods you like.

Sedation For Stress-Free Comfort During Teeth Next Day® Implant Surgery
To keep you relaxed and comfortable during your Teeth Next Day® surgery, we’ll administer an IV sedative to keep you in a twilight state – you’ll be completely unaware of the procedure and your surroundings. With IV sedation, you won’t remember anything about the procedure, and you’ll experience no discomfort whatsoever. Toward the end of your implant surgery, you’ll be given an effective pain reliever through the IV line and medication to take after you get home.
